Gary Howard established HSA in May 2013 after working for both listed and privately held search firms for over ten years based in Sydney and Hong Kong. From 2008 to 2013 he worked for talent2 International Ltd to broaden the company’s investment banking presence across Australia and Asia working alongside the Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney offices with a focus on Corporate Finance, M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Markets. From 2002 to 2007 he worked for Tardis Group Ltd with a focus on coverage across Asia-Pacific including Japan placing senior executives into major investment banks. Prior to his executive search career, Gary worked for ASB Bank in Wellington after graduating from Victoria University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Tourism and Management.
